In-Store Purchases
Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of purchase, as long as items are in their original condition with tags and packaging. Please note that clearance merchandise is final sale, and all in-store purchases are eligible for exchange only.
Online Orders
First and foremost, thank you for your order!
If you need a different size, colour, or style, just send us an email — we’ll be happy to help!
Please note:
- Once an order is placed, we’re unable to cancel or refund it.
- Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Items are final sale only when indicated
- Shipping charges will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs on items sent back to us.
When we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and issue you a gift card that can be used both in-store and online — and it never expires!
To qualify for an exchange or gift card, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, and unused
- With tags and in the original packaging
