Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We currently ship to anywhere in Canada and the USA with multiple trusted carriers. Standard orders will be shipped within 1-7 business days of placing your order. Orders within Canada should arrive within one week of ship date, unless problems occur due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Shipping Fee:
The cost of shipping is a flat rate of $10 for Canada for orders that are under $115.00 CAD.

Shipping is free to the United States for orders over $200.
*Shipping times may be delayed by carriers at certain times of the year (ie. Christmas/Holiday Season and long weekends). Please be aware that we have no control over this matter. 

PICKUP ORDERS: 
Please do not come to pickup your order until you get a "pickup notification" 

This pickup notification ensures that when you want to pick up your scrubs, they are ready for you. Sometimes we sell out of items (especially when it's the last piece in-store) and we have to wait for the supplier to send us a new one for you :) 

 

DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES

Once an order leaves the Scrubs4U warehouse, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier and outside of our direct control. Please note that all delivery times provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Scrubs4U is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, especially during peak seasons or high-volume periods.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If a package is delayed, misplaced, or stolen after it has been shipped, responsibility lies with the shipping carrier. Scrubs4U cannot issue refunds or replacements for parcels lost due to carrier issues or customer address errors.

To help ensure smooth delivery, please double-check that your full name (first and last) and complete shipping address are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders returned as undeliverable due to incomplete or incorrect address information.

If a package is returned to Scrubs4U as undeliverable, we will either issue a gift card for the order amount or re-ship the order once the customer covers the shipping fee.

 

CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES, & TAXES

The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas taxes, duties, and other customs charges you may incur on orders outside of Canada. These fees will be covered by you, as the customer. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarize yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. Scrubs4U is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government.

Scrubs4U is not responsible for any parcel(s) a customer refuses to pay customs fees for and will not refund any order which has not been sent back to our facility. Scrubs4U is not held responsible for any fees issued by customs which have not been paid for by the customer. Scrubs4U is not to be held responsible for delays to your shipment due to the carrier or postal holds issued by your country.

Important Update for U.S. Customers

As of August 29, 2025, a new U.S. law has removed the $800 de minimis exemption, which previously allowed packages under $800 to enter duty-free. This change means that all shipments entering the United States may now be subject to import duties and brokerage fees, no matter the order value or country of origin.

Since Scrubs4U is based in Canada, all orders are shipped directly from our Canadian warehouse. As a result, U.S. customers may see additional border fees applied by customs. Please note that Scrubs4U does not set, charge, or collect these fees—they are determined and charged by U.S. customs.

To provide clarity and avoid surprises, starting Thursday, September 4, 2025 duties and import taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout for all U.S. orders. This way, you’ll know your exact total before completing your purchase.
